This place was definitely on the pricey side but worth every penny. The food and drinks were amazing. Service was top notch. I’m still thinking about my steak. Gahhhh! It’s at a good location that’s central and easy to find. Did I mention I’m still dreaming of that steak?

This place is stunning. Absolutely stunning experience. From the moment we sat down to the the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. The service was BY FAR the best service we’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The table side bar tender, the attention to detail. The food was incredible. Beyond incredible! They made sure everything was exactly to our liking before they let us eat. Moises, Gonzalez, Christian and the man that likes to whistle while he pours the drizzle over the elote cake, you guys made our entire vacation. Thank you! 10 stars.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service was amazing Drinks are made right at your table. Everyone is patient and willing to answer any questions and make sure you get what you want. Marcos was awesome and made some great recommendations for food options. Chicharrón de rib eye should not be missed!

The best food I’ve had in Puerto Vallarta. Madalena was a 5 star experience from the moment we walked in the door. Elite customer service. Excellent cuts of steak and selections of tiger shrimp, king crab legs and so much more.

Dinner tonight was amazing! Christopher was our server and he was not only excellent but very attentive. The food was out of this world and so was the service. Realy enjoyed the mixologist too. Highly recommend this place for a nice dinner out.

From the moment we walked in, this restaurant exceeded every expectation. The service was truly exceptional and made us feel as though we were receiving princess treatment. Richard, the bartender, provided outstanding personal attention and crafted customized cocktails tableside. Franco, the manager, took the time to engage with us, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the evening. Christian, our server, was attentive from start to finish and ensured that our experience was seamless. We did not have to worry about a single detail. From the way our steaks were presented to the custom drinks prepared for us, everything was handled with care and precision. Even the restrooms reflected the same level of thought and quality, with beautifully maintained personalized stalls and hand towels that added to the luxury of the experience. The atmosphere, service, and overall attention to detail made this one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. It is truly five stars in every sense.

I visited this restaurant while on vacation and had no expectations. From the time we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff and an enchanting atmosphere. Dark wood with green plants to contrast consumed the entire restaurant. We had our own mixologist, busser, and waiter, TEAM CARLO!! They were all very attentive!! As soon as we put a used napkin on the table, Marcos our waiter, grabbed it with tweezers. The food was absolutely delicious and thru served us and kept refreshing our plates. I have traveled the world and have lived in the USA and Europe and I have never experienced anything like this. I highly recommend this place and if you don't go, you will be sorry!

The ambiance is elegant and upscale, making it an excellent choice for a special dinner or a memorable night out. The food was exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with high-quality ingredients. Portions were well balanced, and the attention to detail in both taste and presentation really stood out. Every course we tried met a very high standard, and it was clear that consistency and quality are a priority here. Overall, La Madalena truly stands out as one of the finest dinner restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. Between the refined atmosphere, excellent service, and outstanding cuisine, it delivers a complete dining experience.
